We have some interesting Lunchbag seminars coming up soon on topics that may be of interest to those wishing to "rediscover green". At a recent meeting of our Green Team, we broke into pairs and went out into the building on a "walk of gracious attention". Our job was to see the space with new eyes, noticing things that related to our commitment to be greener. We didn't make judgements, but instead invited ourselves to simply notice things that we might have questions about. When we returned, we shared with the others what we had noticed. We decided to address some small things right away. (Eg.
Artists have always been attracted to "found objects" as a source of material. Some use things they find on the street or the beach. Some recycle items that they used before in their own home. Watch RDPL's 'rediscover green' in the months to come to see some of our artistic initiatives.
